| The Bay County Chamber Leadership Bay 2010 Class developed the Business Plan Competition Project to provide aspiring Bay County small business entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a business plan and be judged by prominent business leaders. The designated winner will be awarded an assortment of cash and in kind prizes focused on helping their plan become reality. |

| Winner will be announced on June 3rd, 2010 at First Friday, held by Bay County Chamber of Commerce. |
General Prize Conditions: All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the prize or the acceptance and use of any element of the prize not specifically addressed are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are winner's responsibility. The prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prize shall be solely determined by the Small Business Development Center (the "Center"). Some restrictions may apply. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at the Center's sole discretion. The Center reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portion(s) thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
