Admission to the Bay County Small Business Incubator requires an applicant to be a newly formed or expanding service industry, light manufacturer, assembler, or R&D firm. The business must bring new revenue into or stem the export of revenue out of Bay County and create new employment opportunities. Retail operations, real estate, land development companies, or businesses whose operations produce or result in toxic waste cannot be considered. Special consideration will be given to enterprises owned by women, veterans, minorities, and other disadvantaged individuals.

If you are interested in applying for warehouse or office space in the Incubator, you must fill out an application. The application is available online or in our office. You may also print out the online application and apply in person. If you have problems with the form, print it out and submit it in person.
